What I found out up till now.
The song was released on a CD / DVD release titled 'Chapel of Love' and the artist was listed as 'John Barry and Friends'. The performances on this release were taped for a PBS special called 'Chapel of Love: Jeff Barry and Friends'. The show spotlighted fourteen of Jeff's songs. ; Chapel of Love: Jeff Barry and Friends' were released on home video, both VHS and DVD, as well as on audio CD.
