- Pianist and part of a piano duo with her husband Michael Jamanis, who she met as scholarship students of James Friskin at The Juilliard School where they received Bachelor and Masters degrees. In 1970 Veri and Jamanis made a New York debut at Alice Tully Hall followed by an orchestral debut with the Houston Symphony Orchestra. They established the Pennsylvania Academy of Music, Lancaster, PA, to educate and create a platform for performance for the next generation of classical musicians.
