- Musician [saxophone, clarinet, flute] active in Nashville during the 1940s and into the 1960s. He was an original member of WSM's "Waking Crew," a large studio band formed May 1951. They performed daily on a live radio broadcast for decades. Richardson remained with this group for more than twenty years.
