Old-Time singer and yodeler from Georgia who recorded with many members of the Skillet Lickers as the vocalist.
There is very little information available on Oscar. He is also referenced as a fiddler but was never credited as such on any of his releases (only as a vocalist).
His recording career consisted of fourteen performances for Okeh (1927) and Columbia (1929-1930). They were all re-issued on a 1998 Document Records compilation called "Georgia Songsters".
