- Vocal quartet and novelty act from LaPorte, Indiana (aka "The Maple City") consisting of Fritz Meissner, Pat Petterson, Art Janes, Al Rice. They began performing on the WLS Barndance in November 1926 and continued doing so until the 1950s. Charles Kerner replaced Art Janes in the early 1940s.
