He later performed with dance bands and in the 1940s was organist at the Roxy Theatre. He had a 25-year career in radio which included coordinating all the music for the Fortune Pope radio station, directing the band, writing jingles and accompanying performances often using the alias, Don Enrico. By 1970 he moved to Naples, Florida.
