- Folk singer whose sole album was recorded in the UK (produced by Paul Simon). While at school he was badly burned in a furnace explosion that killed fifteen students. His compensation money (received when he was 21) funded his trip to England, where he became involved with the folk music scene and especially with Al Stewart and Sandy Denny as well as Simon and Garfunkel. When his money ran out he returned to the US where he suffered increasingly frail mental health. In 2015, he was inducted into the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame.
