Ina Duncan

Comments: Singer and dancer who appeared on Broadway and in film. William Sherwood Fox, President of the University of Western Ontario, wrote about her in his autobiography, "Sherwood Fox of Western." Fox was at Princeton (1911-1917) when he hired young Ina Duncan as his family cook. He described her singing songs from musical comedies and arias from operas as she did her work. He also noted that she was was knowledgeable and a good critic of paintings and sculpture.
