Blues duo, consisting of singer Milton 'Lindberg' Sparks and singer and pianist Aaron 'Pinetop' Sparks. They recorded for Victor, Bluebird and Decca 1932-1935, and were also known as Pinetop and Lindberg.
These artists were born Aaron and Marion Gant and acquired the name Sparks from a step-father. Marion Sparks subsequently changed his name to Milton around 1929, nonetheless Pinetop and Lindberg are identified in the Victor files as Aaron and Marion Sparks. - Members
