Comments: Formed in 1958 as a vehicle for promoting Click Clack, a demo track created by Gerry Granahan and Dave Alldred. At the time, Granahan was under contract to Atco and the record had been issued under the alias of Dicky Doo and the Don'ts. When it became an unexpected hit, auditions were held for additional members and the group continued for several further releases.
