UK-born bassist and founder of the independent Freibank music publishing company, Chung also acted as Senior VP at Sony Music Entertainment in London from 1996 to 2005, before returning to Germany and relocating Freibank to Berlin. Between 2006 and 2012 he was also Chairman of VUT, the German association of independent music companies.
