Roba Stanley was a pioneering country singer, songwriter and guitarist. She was just 16 years old when she made her first recordings on August 26, 1924. She also performed on radio station WSB in Atlanta Georgia. Her final recording session was in July 1925. Shortly afterwards she quit performing and was married.
