Sarah was born in Madrid, Spain, was raised in Chicago, USA, and attended university in Strasbourg, France. She moved to Ireland in 1994, working as a music journalist and being active in Dublin’s arts community, and now holds dual Irish and US citizenship. She then moved to UK in 2007 and resides with her family in Cornwall when not touring.
