Singer, composer, born in Belo Horizonte. She started her career as half of the duo Irmãs Toledo (Toledo Sisters), together with her sister Rosana. Later on, she recorded solo for the Chantecler, RCA and Continental labels. In 1962, she married Luiz Bonfá and became the first Brazilian singer to record with Stan Getz.
