- After graduating from the University of Connecticut, Volpe worked for Bank of America approximately 10 years before moving to Italy where she embarked on a singing career. After some five years in Italy, she returned to New York City, working as a training consultant while pursuing her singing career. In 1993, she formed her own consulting business, but still continues to sing.
