- Austrian romantic musical film starring Joseph Schmidt, Evi Panzner, Egon von Jordan and Herbert Hübner. Joseph Reiner (Joseph Schmidt), a talented music student, tries to get a contract from a film and music producer aided by Annerl (Evi Panzner), the girl he loves, and by his music school fellows. When famous screen tenor Lincoln (Egon von Jordan) gets suddenly indisposed, he will have a chance, yet not exactly the one he expected. The movie premiered in Hungary. An English remake was filmed two years later A Star Fell from Heaven.
