History
The release referred to is a various artists compilation including songs previously released by respective artists. Please double-check if there really wasn't any earlier release of this one by the group itself. Thanks.
Not that I can find.
Apple, Amazon, Spotify all refer to the 2008 compilation album.
Actually, the wikipedia entry you linked to for another version explains that this one didn't make it to the finals of the competition. Therefore it was only included on the compilation in question but not released on its own.
So, you see why it's important to add actual links...?
And doesn't Eurovision only feature new recordings?
The competition in this case was the annual Dansbandskampen (fight of the dance bands). For sort of a definition of a dansband, see https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dansband
At Dansbandskampen, it's not obligatory (but an advantage) to only perform new recordings.
Accepted, of course.
Adding 'just' requires deep researching details for artists (not in the db, yet, or only fragmentary) plus scrutinizing each track included on the compilation. That's why the track hasn't been added, yet.
