This one remains tricky, though - wikipedia, discogs and spirit-of-rock confirm the 1987 limited bonus flexi disc (only), and even the band site treat it just as such.
RYM are the only ones to list it seperately and for 1985 (the year of recording...), but with a pic that seems to represent the flexi as featured with the LP.
In spite of clips suggesting so, the track was surely not inlcuded on https://www.discogs.com/Screamin-Jay-Hawkins-The-Fuzztones-Live/master/69999 , though (but possibly added an rereleases).
It is reportedly included on a 2006 re-release:

I had been to both those pages linked, but none reveals any data about the original release (if there ever was one...).
It would be very helpful if the submitter posted a link to his main source and/or pictures of the 'Disc itself"...
