Found this cover on YouTube from the submitted "greatest hits" collection, but I doubt this is this initial release and was unable to track down an earlier album. Submitted since we currently don't have that many covers of this song and perhaps the editors can find out more....

Revisiting and still don't trust the 1993 release date, and originally questioned the "Picture In A Frame" original release. I first looked for the tracklists for "Always Tomorrow" [1988] and "A Woman's Touch" [1996', ruling them out based on what little I could find.


I'm going with "Picture In A Frame" [1997] based on Wiki and PragueFranks:
