History
What is "out of scope"? These VSQ performances are hard to nail down for original releases and granted I was off on this one, but the submission should have still been legit after editor review. I'm guessing it was missed when The Gay Wedding Collection was added?
"Out of scope" is the term for rejections based on things having an earlier release, hence my comment that there was an earlier VSQ performance of "Across the Universe." The submission was seen when TGWC was added, so I supposeI could have accepted this submission, then seen if they were the same performance, then linked the two performances. (Honestly, I did not even think of that possibility until now.) At any rate, I prefer to work in chronological order, which meant adding the one on TGWC first, then seeing if the one on Strung Out Vol. 9 is the same or not.
You do excellent work, and I'm trying very hard to get through these VSQ submissions as they've been sitting around a while.
Since I'm sympathetic to the challenge that VSQ must be, I'm more forgiving on this oversight, so no real worries. I would think that the system would ping duplicates tho….
