I've checked about a dozen versions of this song and on their labels the name of the composer is Everett Lynton. I understand that Lynton and Lawrence Wright are the same person, but why not use the name under which he wrote this song and is shown on every label?

We have different rules concerning how we credit songwriters and how we credit performers. The issue you are raising seems similar to the discussion I ran all the way home so, I suspect, you already know this. You may want to discuss this topic further there. In the meantime, I'm rejecting the error report.
