Should you have happened to have spotted these entries and raised a comment at the time, I could no doubt have given a reasoned reply. However, now that I review the entries after 3 years, I cannot find any direct evidence or citations to support my supposition that the discs were self-released in UK (artist's home country) on Avalanche first and released on A&M second, with mainland Europe releases on Polydor equal second or third. (Note that the Discogs Polydor entries are listed as Germany/Netherlands.)
Although I cannot currently find proof of first release on Avalanche in UK, can you offer counter-evidence that Polydor released first or that Avalanche releases were reissues? I see no reason to make a change just yet based on the links provided, even though the label page has only two CDs listed.
