I had added the translation two years ago and CarlDennis the compilation last year, so this was an easy one. Just had to check if I could find stand-alone releases of the track.
FYI: The language is in fact Swedish, which, in spite of some Norwegian artists on it, goes for the release, too (and is wrongly credted at discogs). Btw., Svensktoppen means Sweden charts.
Why is Allt är förbi setup as an English cover?
Anyway, since I had this artist as all Norwegian or unknown, I assumed as I did. When I'm not confident, I always add the "assumed" qualifier.

Because it is in the form headers was submitted as a cover of "End of the World", not as an adoption. Not thinking about that, I let the system add it from the submission in order to credit it to you - amended, thanks for spotting.

What we have here is a closing on legacy status submission (due to all the enhancements since). Back then, if the adaption wasn't already on site, the system titled per the root and listed with the other root language performances. I submitted as "Allt Är Forbi" and Norwegian (assumed). I suppose these will all eventually get closed out and won't cause issues afterwards.
