Golden Earrings


The film Golden Earrings was released on 27th August 1947. According to wikipedia it was sung in the film by Murvyn Vye, I can't find any reference to Marlene Dietrich singing it.

The Peggy Lee version was released in November 1947,

so the film performance is the original.

I checked your info and it is correct. Any idea of the Murvyn Vye version was released in 1947?

Since there were no LP's at that stage, there probably wasn't a soundtrack.

I can't find any record of it being released. His version doesn't sound like it would have been a single.
