I wouldn't say so. The only entry on the discogs page you quote is a promo and the page refers to EMI Music Sweden AB, which, after EMI Svenska AB, was the name for the Swedish EMI branch for a couple of years. Hence, discogs themselves, in bold, say "Use only as a company".
EMI Sweden is intended for Swedish releases on EMI as a label, like Mäster Nils
We may want to discuss if cases likie this - there are many more and there have been a couple of dscussions about this, already, on the editors forum - should better be, f. ex., EMI [Sweden]...
