Hi , this image is of Charles Edward "Cow Cow" Davenport (April 23, 1894 – December 3, 1955 rather than Clarence Smith .

This image has also been used on my records from the 1960s which feature Davenports work .

Thank you for pointing that out! I've removed the image. Also relevant is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pinetop_Smith which says "No photographs of Smith are known to exist."
