A few items about this entry.
1. The composer is Leo DelibeS with an S on the end of his name.
2. The name of the complete opera is Lakmé but the particular song (or aria or duet) being "covered" is commonly known as "Flower Duet", sometimes as "Viens, Malika" (the opening words). I'd say to think of it as "Album" (Lakme) versus "Song Title" (Flower Duet).
Corrected in the meanwhile.

Very interesting. But on what disc was this released?
I have this song also.
Luminaire's version has more than just small samples, it is largely composed of substantial portions of the aria done by l'Opéra comique. Luminaire's songwriting contribution is not found credited anywhere that I can find; their contribution is the house rhythm track. Sources including the original medium give production credits only plus substantial credits for l'Opéra comique. By Second Hand Songs definition, perhaps by most definitions, this is a remix of the Opéra comique performance.
And even that version can't be included in the database as we do not include classical music performers performing classical works.
EDIT: I have not heard the full "Aria on Air" but it also uses parts of somebody else's performance, larger than what I would regard as samples.

Not sure whaty you're referring to? Parts of somebody else's performances that are not samples?
Adding a few incidental notes and intros and outros is a new arrangement. It falls at best in the remix category, at worst in the theft category. Since we don't include remixes, it doesn't count for us, does it?
Luminaire's songwriting contribution is not found credited anywhere that I can find;
