Not sure what you mean. Seems appropriate to defer to an editor to draft a concise bio from the Wiki page, especially since I can't add any links on the artist pages anyway....

You would have been more of a help if you had directly writtent the artist bio, as you have access to the comment field.

While I have no obligation to be of any or more help, I do have a rather strong general rule for matters like this one:

If something has to be done by an editor anyway (e.g. some observed error, correcting alias [brackets], adding a real name), I'm am going to defer all matters to that editor. Why exert efforts to add a bio that will (more often than not) be revised by that editor anyway?

In this case I couldn't add the wiki as an external link, so I deferred all matters to the editor.

This way also consolidates all matters in a single post rather than an edit that was to be reviewed/processed and an error report to be reviewed/processed.
