Good question! I haven't heard it and looking at the track list, I realize that it credits the songwriter rather than the performer (e.g. Tom Snow for Let's Hear It for the Boy). So it's likely Cyndi Lauper's version. The 2009 compilation, did include Robert Hazard's recording from 1979, but I could not find info on where it was released.
