Found this cover (likely the original adaption) of En värld utan kärlek .., but I can't tell if the latter release (see links below) is a re-release of the original album with an extra track or a complete re-recording, as the release titles are different. Does anyone know?

En värld utan kärlek has been added as sung by the writer of the original Swedish lyrics already in the database. Important addition: Thanks for posting................. I'm afraid the YouTube video does not work in Europe, so I could not add it.
