"Mean and Evil" mystery

I'm looking for information about a song by Dinah Washington that may be titled "Mean and Evil" but is not the same as "Mean and Evil Blues" written by Demetrius and Higgenbotham (but is sometimes confused with that song). My best guess is that Washington recorded it in 1953 but it was not released contemporaneously. The only cover I've found is by a Chicago neo-swing group called "The Rhythm Rockets," on their 2014 compilation called She Swings Blue vol. 2.


Here's a clip. Note that it's called "Mean and Evil Blues" and listed as by Demetrirus and Higgenbotham on the credits to this movie sountract, but it's not (or at least it's not the "common" Demetrius/Higgenbotham song called "Mean and Evil Blues"):

Yes. I think the 1953 recording is the mystery song, about which I have found nothing.
