Looks like we still don't have Disco Samba!! Here in Italy it's a New Year's Eve / Carnival classic, and Two Man Sound were from Belgium...

Anyway, I'm tracking all the songs in the medley and I'm stuck with A-E-I-O-U-Ypsilon... They say it comes from: http://immub.org/album/78-rpm-72860 and it was written by: https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sinh%C3%B4

However, when I listen to the original recording: http://bonavides75.blogspot.it/2016/02/carnaval-anos-20.html it doesn't sound like A-E-I-O-U-Ypsilon... Also, I'm surprised there are no covers of the original song... Any ideas?

FWIW, I heard it once by accident in Sebastiana by Jackson do Pandeiro. But Two Man Sound sing it to a slightly different melody. Composer: Rosil Cavalcanti. Maybe, TMS learned it from a cover version?

There's a A-E-I-O-U-Ypsilon registered in ISWC under Lou Deprijck, so I think it's an "original", possibly written specifically for the medley.

Though rich in ambiance, at the time, this rather mediocre record pointed me the way to such Brazilian gems as Upa Neginho, Tristeza, Nega, etc.

Great work, PG!
