Thank you! Looking forward to help as best as i can.
All,
thanks for inviting me (again) to this project, I appreciate the move.
With the history I have on this site I feel a little ambivalent about it as well. Maybe I need to clarify some things as I believe there is potential for some contention about how I am going to contribute:
I just use my submissions to let the editors (and users of the site) know that a particular cover version exists and document its existence. If I find the earliest release (which I try), then it's ok. If not, then this is just a reference for future work to be done, but I leave it up to the editors to follow up. It is very unlikely for me to put any further effort into a submission as the potential for discussion only rises and we had enough of it in the past. No offense, but that is just the amount of contribution I am able to provide here. Please use my submissions as what they are: Triggers for follow up for those who want to dig deep. I will dig as deep as I feel necessary or able, but if that is not enough then please just use it as a stub that needs further assessment. I hope that is acceptable. If not, then let me know and I just stay quiet for the most part. Thank you.

Perhaps CC's can't revise existing bios?(....)
Was able and took a shot at handling a similar report tho:
CC's can add data, but not edit it. So when the field is empty you can add your findings, but when there is already something and you want modify/expand it, you still have to report it.

I appreciate the invite, but I don't really understand what the new stuff I can do is all about.
Good point. We should make it more obvious. Hang on in there, we're working on it.

Thanks, I know and I just wanted to make this clear upfront to everyone so that there are no disappointments

In fact I never lost the interest in the actual work, just in the way a lot of the discussions went. Therefore I felt to be less involved is better for myself and decided just to do some casual submission work for fun.
And of course I appreciate your excellent follow up work
Cheers

Grrr.... All I wanted to do is add a comment that the performance below was live, but I still can't as a CC nor do I want to file an error report for that:
