In 1964 Dutch-Swedish singer Suzie released on the EP Suzie Suzie Suzie a Swedish cover of a Jack Wolf / Bugs Bower work.
The Swedish song title is "Det känns så svårt" (It feels so hard) and goes as follows:

Did some digging. According to the notes on Discogs, it's a Swedish version of a song she released in Germany.
That brings us to a song called "Wenn Du Nicht Weisst", which was the B side of "Ich Will Immer Nur Dich". That adaptation isn't listed in GEMA, but the Dutch release of that single does list the originals. In this case, it's "The Things That I Feel", originally recorded by Donna Lynn in 1964.
