As suggested by Sylvain Guillou , we have granted access to Certified Contributors Level 2 to delete erronuous Spotify links. They were already able to remove Youtube links if necessary, so it's only logical they can do the same with Spotify links.
NB: In doubt whether a link is legitimate or not, do ask for advice first.
