Search Return Failure: Wiped Submissions

Searching "Nightcore Ichiban" does not return:

It was not found because the description was empty which triggered a bug.

Regarding submissions - it seems to me that searching submissions is diacritics sensitive now. To be clear:

- when I seek for "pozde" (= "late" in Czech), I get 1 song, 2 releases and no submissions,

- when I seek for "pozdě" (with appropriate diacritics), I get 1 song, 2 releases and 1 submission!

Could you please fix this, Mathieu ?

I discovered this when checking if there's a submission for this song. I didn't use diacritics, I got no results and started to create a new adaptation. At that moment I found out - just by chance - that the submission existed in fact.
