Play-a-long music, like Aebersold don't have melody in it. There is only chords progression with rhythmic section. All Aebersold are backing tracks without melody. Idem for Hal Leonard stuff.
So you should remove them.
In this particular case : Skylark, an alto sax player added the melody on the background. He said : Played by me on alto saxophone, music by Hoagy Carmichael and Johnny Mercer. Background track from Jamey Aebersold Jazz, volume 32, "Ballads."
For sure it's not a "For sale / Commercially available".
