I noticed one song which has been released more than once with one word in its title changed to suit a singer of the opposite sex.

She's Got You

She's Got You - Patsy Cline (1962) and Loretta Lynn (1977)

He's Got You - Brendan O'Brien & The Dixies (1965)* and Elvis Costello & The Attractions (1994).

Do you know of any other songs whose titles have been changed?

There are lots of them!

For instance:

And I Love Her/Him

And Then I/He Kissed Her/Me

To Know Him/Her, Is to Love Him/Her
