I probably won't be able to play them all and not in this order but you get an idea of how the show is going to sound. Don't forget to tune into KTAO.com 6:10pm to 8pm (mountain time) on Friday January 9th to stream the show. Please let me know what you think, I need the feedback

Sounds like a pretty good playlist. I guess I'm too much of an Elvis fan to be keen on the Dread Zeps or El Vez, but you can't go wrong with Alison Moyet's Love Letters, Dwight Yoakam's Mystery Train or Viva Las Vegas by The Boss, to name just a few from your list.

Looks like you've got more than enough for one show - if not there's always Aaron Neville's Young And Beautiful, Chris Isaak's Blue Moon. And Travis Tritt has done some fine versions of Lawdy, Miss Clawdy and T-R-O-U-B-L-E... Wink

Have a great show!

I am not big on Dread Zep myself but if you want to play Elvis/Zep it is one of the three ways to do it, the other two are also represented here. I have to admit my love of El Vez he took a one line joke , he sings elvis in spanish, and has gone so far with it, some of his later albums are pure genius. Once he stopped trying to replicate Elvis and start having fun he became one of my favorite cover artists. his Boxing with God album is a true classic, if you haven't heard it I recommend it highly.
