Who was the original performer of "A Time For Us" adapted from the love theme from "Romeo & Juliet" OST by Nino Rota???
Was it Andy Williams or Johnny Mathis?
There were several adaptations of the melody:
1) "What is a Youth?" Directly from the OST.
2) "A Time For Us" (probably fisrt performer is Andy Williams), several adaptations has been made, such as in Portugese, "Um momento para nós" by Agnaldo Timóteo and the most recent, in Italian "Un giorno per noi" by Josh Groban, already covered by Jonathan Ansell.
3. "Ai giochi addio" recorded by the late Luciano Pavarotti with the lyrics by the late Elsa Moranti, and already covered by Natasha Marsh.
