  • Any editor with high enough access level can edit any entry

  • Editing

    • Never recycle database entities. When an entry has become redundant, delete and create a new. Never edit into a new entry.

    • If the owner of the entry is retired, you can edit the entry providing you explain your sources in the editor notes or via the external links

    • If the owner of the entry is still active

      • And the edit is minor + you are very sure: You can edit the entry

      • In all other cases file a error report instead.

    • Never undo an edit done by another editor. File an error report instead.

    • Mismatch warnings : The editor who added the external link has the responsability to take care of the mismatch warning.

  • Disputed edits with regard to the interpretation and application of guidelines

  • Deleting

  • Links between performances and releases

  • Editor notes
