Guidelines / Creation of artists

Artists can only be created if they are linked to works, performances, or releases in the database.
Exception: Collective or collaborative songwriting pseudonyms.

Example: Edith Wayne was used by Holland, Dozier and Holland as collective writing pseudonym.
Don't create artist for web covers
