First edition doesn't contain the duet with Paul Young in "Senza una donna (Without a Woman)", which would become one of Zucchero's major international successes. The duet with Paul Young was introduced on the second edition of this release.
The third and final version is the same as the second, with the addition of the duet with Randy Crawford in the English version of "Diamante", later released as a single.
In this first edition the writing appears on the vinyl and cassette cover: "...sings his hits in English"
