Very likely, this one was previously released on 7". I know, those are tricky to track down and also to define which was the very first, but maybe you have some hints...?

Discogs don't mention a release on single, but I dit found one from 1965 ...

It's the b-side of Sunset Jump Up, wrongly labeled as "Sunjet Jump Up".

Thank you for researching the 7"! Having been up to quite a couple of similar cases, I was pretty sure there had to be one.

And here it is at discogs

PS: Byron Lee's 1962 LP Come Fly with Lee already included "Sunjet Jump Up", so I reckon it's actually right that way.
