This song was covered by the UK pop group Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick & Tich

Their version was a one-off single in 1982 on the Global Label (serial #104986). It was the A-side.


It has since been re-released on the CD "Together" (Repertoire/RepUK1053) as a bonus track (#13) It is very good with some seriously punched up drums.
