NOTE:

I find this one problematic. I think the credit to Mingus is just a historical coincidence, and misleading.

The performance was in 1955 with the primary performer at the recording sessions being Hazel Scott. (The other musicians were Mingus and Max Roach.) It was not released at the time. The 1990 release as submitted is the earliest one I know of, however it is credited to Mingus.

The performance was during the January, 1955, sessions that resulted in the 1955 album Relaxed Piano Moods, credited to Hazel Scott with Charles Mingus and Max Roach, but did not appear on the original (1955) release of that album. It does appear on a 1992 re-release.
