Originally recorded as a V-Disc in 1943. Re-released on many Waller compilation since then; the submission is the earliest one I've found. (On some re-releases the title is "If You're a Viper," or some variation of that.)

The V-Disc session came shortly after a federal crackdown on marijuana use -- thus the "in your face" spoken introduction by Waller. Although there is some dispute, it seems most likely that the V-Disc was not released.
