The second album of the young singer Anu Junnonen carries a name of a Finnish forest fairy,Sinipiika. She fearlessly combines her Finnish tradition to electronic pop-jazz songs.

An original instrumentation including accordion and trombone, together with electronic sounds, blends into adventurous songs about harbors and train stations, cups and kettles, love and longing, greedy old ladies and forest fairies.

Throughout original, enchanting, no way to take off your mind.. This is music with an own language, which consist of minimum five languages at once. Musically and textually broadband chamber music. No familiar path, but pure, powerful beauty. Dani Heyvaert
