Seven Bridges Road was written by Steve Young and debuted on his 1969 A&M lp Rock, Salt & Nails (Added in the meantime). It has been covered by the Eagles ((Added in the meantime), Dolly Parton (Added in the meantime), Alan Jackson, FireHouse, Ricochet (Added in the meantime), Ian Matthews (Added in the meantime), and Tracy Nelson (Added in the meantime as a Mother Earth release). I am sure there are more covers floating around. My two faves from this list are Ian Matthew's and Dolly Parton's.

Try the official Joan Baez website at:
where you will find a list of songs and which albums contained them on this page:
http://www.joanbaez.com/discSA.html
The page for the album One Day At A Time lists Jeff Shurtleff among the additional musicians and vocalists, so I'll bet you're right about this album containing the duet in question:

Another version of Seven Bridges Road can be found on Rita Coolidge's debut lp "Rita Coolidge" on A&M Records (SP 4291) released in February 1971 and charted of the album charts in April of the same year (Added in the meantime).
