Improved browsing

When searching for artists, records or albums you can use the box with letters on the right hand side. These will take you directly to all items starting with the particular letter.

You will probably see that it just fills the first search field with %

By default, search strings are searched as substrings. If you use wildcards (such as % for any number of characters, and _ for exactly 1 character), it will be interpreted as a wildcard expression.

Hence, 'b%' will yield all entries starting with a b, but 'b' returns all entries containing a b (equivalent to '%b%').

When looking at an artist or album, from now on you can also directly see the names of the original performers of the cover songs.
